By checking out with a successful purchase, you agree to all our Terms & Conditions listed on this page.

 Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order via mail.

 How to Start a Return: Send a return request to ⁠maritzacamareno@gmail.com⁠ detailing the reason for your return.

 Approval & Shipping: Once you receive our Return Confirmation email, ship the item(s) back within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 Item Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in brand new condition, and with all original Maritza Camareno hang tags attached.

 Hygiene & Final Sale Restrictions:

 Accessories, earrings, and bodysuits cannot be returned.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Customize Your Color Collection: Items from this collection are final sale, as each piece is exclusively crafted per order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production before shipping.

 Sale & Sample Items: All discounted items, special sales, and sample sales are final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable). Please ensure you select the correct size.

 Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Standard ready-to-wear orders require 2–3 business days to process prior to shipping.

 Customize Your Color orders require 7 to 10 business days for creation/production, plus the selected shipping transit time.
