TERM & CONDITIONS | RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please read carefully.

NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS 
We only give store credit, return/exchange can only be made once. 

By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to all our Terms & Conditions listed in this page. 


• Merchandise can be exchange/return within 7 days of the order shipment date.
• Make sure you send a Return Request to maritzacamareno@gmail.com 
• Explain the reason for your return. 
• Once we approve and send you a Return Confirmation email, send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your order. (the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item)
• Item exchange can only be made ONCE.
• We ONLY give store credit, NO MONEY REFUND in any case.
• Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. 
• Store credits are valid for six (6) months. 
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered and in new conditions.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any Maritza Camareno hang tags, attached. 
• Accessories, earrings, and bodysuits CANNOT BE RETURNED. 
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 
Sale items: 
• ALL SALES AND SAMPLE SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please make sure to order the correct size.
