SHIPPING POLICY:
Maritza Camareno currently ships via USPS for all domestic orders.
Flat rate promotion is only valid for addresses in Puerto Rico and the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, military and Air Force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
• WORLD WIDE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE!
• We ships items as soon as possible, but note that this will not always be the same day you place your order. We use USPS, so it will also depend on festive days and days the post office is closed.
• Puerto Rico Shoppers: Your shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, you will receive your order the next business day after the order is shipped, maximum of 3-4 business days.
• USA shoppers: Your shipping method is Ground Advantage, a maximum of 5-10 business days.
• International shoppers: Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. International orders may require 3-5 business days or a bit more.
• You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If not, please don’t hesitate to write us at maritzacamareno@gmail.com
• When we ship your order you will receive a TRACKING NUMBER EMAIL, with all the tracking information.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance.
If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
